About MyCommunityX
MyCommunityX is a society and community management platform offered by Pineroot Technologies to support residential communities with communication, operations, billing, and administration workflows.
User Accounts and Access
Access is role-based and may be assigned to residents, admins, guards, workers, and society staff. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
OTP / Username Password Login
The platform may provide OTP login and username-password login methods. You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, registered mobile number, and account contact information remain accurate and secure.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, and avoid misuse of communication or operational features. You agree not to post false, offensive, or harmful content within the platform.
Admin / Society Management Responsibilities
Society admins and authorized committee members are responsible for role assignment, data moderation, notice publication, and configuration of society-level settings and operational processes.
Visitor, Complaint, Parking, Amenity, Staff and Billing Features
MyCommunityX offers operational tools for visitor records, complaint workflows, parking allocations, amenity bookings, staff coordination, and maintenance billing. These features are provided as digital facilitation tools and depend on accurate data entered by authorized users.
Payments and Charges
Maintenance and related payments may be processed via integrated payment partners. Any payment-related terms, fees, or settlement timelines may also be subject to gateway or banking partner policies.
Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, messaging systems, analytics, or cloud infrastructure. Use of such integrations is subject to their respective terms.
Data Accuracy
Users and society administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate records. Pineroot Technologies is not liable for decisions made based on incorrect or outdated data entered by users.
Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the platform for unauthorized access attempts, disruption, abuse, unlawful activities, data scraping, or any action that compromises security, reliability, or community safety.
Availability of Service
We aim to provide stable service availability, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and platform content associated with MyCommunityX are owned by or licensed to Pineroot Technologies. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pineroot Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of MyCommunityX.
Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, legal requirements, or security concerns.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date where applicable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory protections under applicable law.
