How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and improve MyCommunityX services, authenticate users, enable role-based features, send operational notifications, manage billing and records, support society operations, and maintain platform security and reliability.
OTP and Authentication
MyCommunityX supports OTP/mobile login and username-password login. Authentication data is used only for secure account access, fraud prevention, and account recovery workflows.
Payments
For maintenance and related society payments, transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. MyCommunityX does not claim to store your complete card or bank credentials unless such storage is specifically implemented with compliant safeguards.
Data Sharing
We may share relevant information with your society administrators, authorized management users, and service providers strictly as required to operate the platform. We may also share information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Data Security
